It is forbidden to organize parties or similar events.
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
Pets are welcome, but they must be friendly and not disturb other guests.
One free parking space per apartment. A second car can be parked a short distance away.
The balance of the stay, including the security deposit and any additional charges, must be paid upon arrival if not already settled in advance.
On the day of departure, the apartment must be left in order (sorted waste must be disposed of in the designated bins in the parking area).
We have furnished the house with the utmost care and kindly ask you to treat it with the same care. Any damages will be deducted from the security deposit.
Extra beds cannot be added in this property.
