The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, both thoughtfully decorated and ideal for ensuring maximum rest. The living room, spacious and tastefully furnished, features a comfortable double sofa bed, perfect for accommodating two additional guests without compromising on comfort.

The bathroom is spacious and functional, equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, bidet, washing machine, and hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, and everything needed for independent cooking.

The apartment features air conditioning and free Wi-Fi, ensuring a pleasant stay at any time of the year.

Outdoors, one of the most appreciated features: a private and fenced garden with a stunning sea view. The space is furnished with an outdoor dining table, barbecue, shaded pergola, and two deck chairs, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax, enjoy al fresco meals, or take in the sunset.

Four-legged friends are welcome: the fenced garden makes it ideal for those traveling with their dog, ensuring total peace of mind and safety.

It is forbidden to organize parties or similar events.

Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.

Pets are welcome, but they must be friendly and not disturb other guests.

One free parking space per apartment. A second car can be parked a short distance away.

The balance of the stay, including the security deposit and any additional charges, must be paid upon arrival if not already settled in advance.

On the day of departure, the apartment must be left in order (sorted waste must be disposed of in the designated bins in the parking area).

We have furnished the house with the utmost care and kindly ask you to treat it with the same care. Any damages will be deducted from the security deposit.
